- 4 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dill seeds
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers and slice them into spears or rounds.
- In a pot, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Add minced garlic and dill seeds to the pot. Stir well.
- Place cucumber slices in a jar. Pour the hot brine over them, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Let the jar cool to room temperature, then seal it and refrigerate.
- Wait at least 24 hours before tasting for best flavor.
