- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and cubing them.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the sweet potatoes to the crockpot and pour the mixture over them.
- Stir to combine everything well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until sweet potatoes are tender.
- During the last 15 minutes of cooking, add mini marshmallows on top and cover again until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your casserole.

- Make sure to cut sweet potatoes into even pieces for uniform cooking.
- You can adjust the sugar based on your taste preference.
