Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and diced onion on top of the pierogi.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the pierogi and kielbasa.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir gently before serving to combine layers.
