Ingredients

- 1 package frozen pierogi (16 oz)
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and diced onion on top of the pierogi.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the pierogi and kielbasa.
- Top with shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving to combine layers.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
- If you prefer a crunch, broil the dish for a few minutes after cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
