A simple and delicious crockpot lasagna recipe perfect for beginners.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the ground beef, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers: sauce, noodles, ricotta, beef, and mozzarella.
- Top with the last 3 noodles, remaining sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for easier layering.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Make sure to cover the crockpot to avoid drying out.
