Easy crockpot honey garlic chicken with noodles recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, chicken broth, ginger, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- When chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix shredded chicken with noodles in the crockpot.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
- Use chicken breasts if preferred.
- Adjust honey for more or less sweetness.
- Check chicken for doneness before shredding.
