Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, chicken broth, ginger, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. When chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  6. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Mix shredded chicken with noodles in the crockpot.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve.
