- 1/4 cup of soy sauce

Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
