- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti into the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
