Ingredients

- 2 cups of uncooked rice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spread the uncooked rice over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the rice.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with a fork and mix everything together before serving.
