A comforting and hearty crockpot cheesesteak potato casserole that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes, diced
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the sliced steak on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the sliced onion and bell pepper over the steak.
- Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the shredded provolone cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy your meal!

- Make sure to slice the steak thin for better texture.
- You can add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Ensure potatoes are evenly diced for uniform cooking.
