A comforting and hearty crockpot cheesesteak potato casserole that’s easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced steak on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the sliced onion and bell pepper over the steak.
  4. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, add the shredded provolone cheese on top and cover until melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
