- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and keep warm.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the sauce in the crock pot and cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce over rice or vegetables.
