- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Check the cauliflower halfway through baking and stir to ensure even cooking.
- If you like more cheese, feel free to add extra parmesan.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
