A creamy pasta salad that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Stir until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold and enjoy!

- Cook pasta al dente for the best texture.
- Add your favorite vegetables for variety.
- Adjust the dressing to your taste by adding more or less mayonnaise and sour cream.
