Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold and enjoy!
