- 200g pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and pasta. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the creamy sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Do not overcook the pasta; it should be al dente.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to loosen it.
- Feel free to add vegetables or chicken for extra flavor.
