Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and pasta. Cook according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
