- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use cooked chicken and rice to save time.
- You can add any vegetables you like.
- For a crispier top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
