Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat pasta in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
