Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the sourdough bread into cubes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, brie pieces, honey, melted butter, and rosemary.
- Stuff the mixture into the bread cubes.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
