Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the green beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Check the vegetables for tenderness. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once done, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Make sure not to overcook the vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
