Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Stir in the green beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  4. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Check the vegetables for tenderness. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Once done, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
