  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Beat in the egg until fully combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
