Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with garlic. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Heat until warmed through.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Use low-fat cottage cheese for a lighter version.
- Adjust the consistency with more milk if the sauce is too thick.
- For added flavor, mix in some herbs like basil or parsley.
