Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with garlic. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Heat until warmed through.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
