Instructions
- Take the steak out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the steak.
- Place the steak on the grill or skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
