Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- If the mixture is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping.

- Use heat-treated flour to avoid any raw flour concerns.
- Adjust the amount of chocolate chips to your taste.
