Ingredients

- 4 cups water or milk

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 banana, sliced

Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and salt.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in cinnamon and sweetener of choice.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
- Serve in bowls topped with banana slices and nuts.
