- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup of onion, chopped
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 cups of chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon of dried sage

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and celery. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, cooked vegetables, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly pour in the chicken broth until the bread is moist but not soggy.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Feel free to add diced apples or nuts for extra flavor.
