- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add potato wedges to the same bowl and toss to coat.
- Arrange the potatoes around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Check chicken doneness with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
