- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with water to make a glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.

- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Don’t skip the rising times; they help the rolls become fluffy.
- Keep an eye on the rolls while baking to avoid over-browning.
