Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, warm the milk until it’s lukewarm. Mix in the yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter. Add the yeast mixture.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  8. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into 12 equal pieces.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
