Instructions
- In a small bowl, warm the milk until it’s lukewarm. Mix in the yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter. Add the yeast mixture.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk to make icing. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
Notes

- Don’t skip the rising time; it’s crucial for fluffy rolls.
- Use dental floss to slice the rolls for a clean cut.
- You can add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
