Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until the mixture pulls away from the sides.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While baking, melt chocolate and brown sugar together in a bowl.
  9. Once churros are cool, dip them in the chocolate mixture.
  10. Coat with cinnamon sugar before serving.
