Delicious churro cheesecake bites that combine creamy cheesecake with the flavors of churros.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each muffin cup with the batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
- While baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Let the bites cool, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
- Check the bites a few minutes before the timer goes off to prevent overbaking.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
