Description

A simple and fun recipe for Christmas Rolo pretzel sandwiches that combines sweet and salty flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Rolo candies (about 10 oz)
  • 1 bag of mini pretzels (about 10 oz)
  • 1 bag of pecan halves (optional)
  • 1 bag of festive M&M’s (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Unwrap the Rolo candies and place one on each pretzel.
  5. Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the Rolo is soft.
  6. Remove from oven and gently press another pretzel on top of the melted Rolo.
  7. If using, place a pecan half or an M&M on top of the melted chocolate.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Watch closely while baking to avoid burning the Rolos.
