Delicious Christmas breakfast sandwiches that are easy to make and perfect for the holiday morning.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon or sausage
- Butter for toasting
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add butter to the pan and let it melt.
- Crack an egg into the pan and cook until the white is set.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the egg and cover the pan for a minute to melt the cheese.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread in a toaster or in another pan with butter.
- Once the egg and cheese are ready, place them on a slice of toasted bread.
- Add a slice of bacon or sausage on top of the egg.
- Top with another slice of toasted bread to complete the sandwich.
- Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
Notes
- Use any type of bread you like.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
- If you prefer your eggs scrambled, beat them in a bowl and pour into the pan instead.
