Ingredients

  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it just starts to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
  4. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then stir until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for about 1-2 hours until firm.
  7. Use a spoon to scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls.
  8. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or crushed nuts to coat.
  9. Place the coated truffles on a plate and refrigerate until serving.
