Ingredients

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of warm milk
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Fill each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep cruffins fluffy.
- Experiment with different fillings like nuts or fruit.
