A rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake pie that’s easy to make.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Stir in sour cream and melted chocolate until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pie cool inside for an hour.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- Don’t overmix the filling to avoid cracks.
- Let the pie cool completely before refrigerating.
