Ingredients

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1 cup bok choy, chopped

Instructions
- In a pot, heat vegetable broth over medium heat.
- Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot in bowls.
