A delicious and easy chicken philly cheesesteak recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Place provolone cheese slices on top of the chicken and vegetables. Cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Toast hoagie rolls if desired.
- Fill each roll with the chicken and cheese mixture. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover cooked chicken for a quicker option.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
