- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 large onions, finely sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 inches ginger, grated
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons korma spice mix
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
- Add yogurt, cream, korma spice mix, ground coriander, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
