- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare your chicken by slicing it into strips.
- Set up your breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken goujons and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking.
