Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken by slicing it into strips.
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the chicken goujons and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
