Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Seal the top corner with a dab of water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to avoid soggy egg rolls.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- For a healthier option, bake the egg rolls at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
