Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, and half of the cheese.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
