Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and rice.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
