A simple and delicious chicken bacon ranch dish with veggies.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts until browned on both sides.
- Spread ranch dressing over the chicken breasts.
- Add mixed vegetables around the chicken in the skillet.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
- You can use any vegetables you like.
- Adjust the amount of ranch dressing as per your taste.
