A comforting chicken and biscuit casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for beginners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Place the biscuit pieces evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the chicken is cooked before shredding.
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of milk.
