- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until combined.
- In a greased baking dish, spread half of the tater tots in an even layer.
- Pour half of the chicken mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining tater tots, chicken mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some vegetables like broccoli or corn.
- Make sure to thaw the chicken if using frozen.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
