- 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
- Cut the dough into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each triangle.
- Add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the beef.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover cooked chicken or beans for a different filling.
- Adjust the salsa to your taste for more or less spice.
- Serve with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
