Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, chopped onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potato mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Top with sliced smoked sausage.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
