Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and beaten egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add cheese, garlic, and parsley to the mixture.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
