- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and green onions to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Be careful not to burn the bacon; cook it until just crispy.
- You can use any cheese you like, such as mozzarella or pepper jack.
- Adjust the garlic powder based on your preference.
