Delicious cheeseburger quesadillas that combine the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the convenience of a quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, ketchup, mustard, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread half of the beef mixture on the tortilla.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the beef mixture.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
- Serve warm with extra ketchup or mustard on the side.
