A delicious twist on classic flavors, this cheeseburger quesadilla combines the richness of a cheeseburger with the convenience of a quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, onions, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in the tomatoes and pickles.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the beef mixture and cover with the second tortilla.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking.
- Feel free to add more toppings like avocado or jalapeños.
- Make sure to cook the beef thoroughly.
