Instructions

  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the carrot mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
